The teaser for “Dark Wonderstrike” appeared right after she popped up in “Out of Reach” just long enough to remind us of what an absolute dish she is, and now it’s almost here. I’ve been a fan of “Dark Wonderstrike” since way back when she crushed “best friend” Red Glory in the Championship after the Announcer “turned” her, although he told her afterward that he’d merely surfaced her subconscious desire. At the time I compared WS to Taylor Swift (then in her “reputation” era), revealing the dark side behind the blonde sweetheart image she’d had up to then. WS even exclaims “Look what you made me do!” to the Announcer when she sees Red Glory defeated in the corner.
I’ve been a cheerleader for bad-girl WS ever since and Ubiquity is the *perfect* opponent for Darkstrike’s debut. They’ve never met (although they almost did, still processing the shock), but Ubiquity is the straight-arrow, pure-hearted girl you’d expect to be her first opponent/victim. Obviously, I’m extremely excited for this one.

Such a great idea make a heroine turn evil! I always liked the baddies that looked sexy and dressed in a “less practical” way, much like the heroes or heroines they fight!
Hope this sells well and we see more villains like Evilstrike here!
