Overview

Alaric is the leader of The Darkhearts, a one-time street gang that he has transformed into a global network. He took control of the group two years ago in a surprisingly peaceful transition, it seems a simple handshake was all it took to give Alaric command and he increased the gangs stature by absorbing disaffected members of other gangs. A representative of James Roman met with Alaric and made a deal whereby the Darkhearts would receive a ration of Project Disciple enhancement drugs in return for keeping the streets peaceful.
