Doctor Progress

Overview

Little is known of Dr Progress until Elite Force became embroiled with the Crown Prince of the 7th Dimension. This discovery opened the Earth up to a new breed of dastardly villain, hellbent on chaos and profit. The Doctor is primarily an arms dealer, and the arms he deals in are often his own creation using 7th Dimension technology. This makes him extremely dangerous as his technological understanding is far ahead of Earthbound science.

He has also dabbled in the sickening heroine trade, taking the virtuous champions of this planet and selling them to villains across the dimensions. This trade thankfully came to an abrupt halt when Celestia and the Deceptress managed, at great cost, to imprison the Crown Prince and shut all the portals used for trading. Now, trapped on Earth, the Doctor works on maintaining his weapons and creating new one’s in a difficult environment to one day re-open the portals. No heroine can stand in his way, so he thinks.
