The Equalizer

Overview

Candy Race is a product of the post-war Elite Force recruitment drive. After taking major losses at the hands of Red Mist, The Darkhearts, and the Dark Superior invasion, Miss Freedom set in motion a plan to replenish losses and make the heroine unit stronger than ever before. Candy is important in this development as she is equipped with the power to neutralize or ‘Equalize’ any opponents abilities if given enough time to learn and adapt. As a consequence she is extremely useful against highly-powered enemies but conversely has no power against the random grunts of any criminal organisation. This strange situation means that she is to be deployed in what would otherwise be considered extremely dangerous missions, and protected from the routine street level stuff that could endanger her.
