Very little is known about this Masked Man, aside from a near obsession with superheroines. His actions show that he will kill, capture, and even trade in the heroic wonders, depending upon his own values. Without question the heroine he values most is Miss Freedom. Whether it be her looks, her leadership position, or her power, this lunatic seems infatuated, and that can only be bad news for her.
