Looking Super. What do people make of this version of the costume?

This costume design is excellent; in particular, this Supergirl outfit—which closely resembles the original—features a beautiful belt that threads beneath the straps of the lovely skirt. This is a great touch, as belts that merely sit on the surface or slide up and down the actor’s waist do not look good.

I’ve not watched the new movie, so I’ve no negative connotations about it.

It’s not that bad!
There’s a few plot holes, but if you can take it on its own merit, it wasn’t a bad movie.
I think it got a much worse wrap than it deserved.
Watch for yourself and decide, but I know I enjoyed it.

For me, I like the Supergirl TV version with Melissa Benoit better. Liked the original version with Helen Slater too.

I really like it. The changes the movie version made to the belt and skirt were good changes but this is still good.

I see it as a modern take on the classic Supergirl outfit.
Everyone I’ve seen in it, so far, has looked great.
