Sonica thinks she can nip a fledgling anti-heroine faction in the bud by learning the secrets of its weapons but she is sorely mistaken. Unprepared for the fanaticism of the Equilibrium leader, she falls prey to his Power Sink, and is soon fighting for her future!

Sonica is pleased with herself, she has managed to turn an agent from fledgling anti-heroine faction ‘Equilibrium’ to her side and goes to a meeting point where she expects to receive a very important weapon. Unfortunately, her turncoat agent does not arrive. In his place is Equilibrium leader Shiva Derecha and he is in no mood to bargain. His maniacal style holds no fear for Sonica with her Sonic Scream, but she under-estimates his Power Sink weapon at her peril. Soon the Mistress of Sound is in the fight of her life as Shiva plans to make an example of her, culminating in a completely humiliating ending. Can Sonica get past this foe, or is her career going to take a dark path?
