Overview
Captain Liberty breaks into the headquarters of Ignus Games to free her friend Wonderstrike, who has been missing for weeks. Upon entering the game, Captain Liberty encounters the Acolyte Boss and a deeply corrupted Wonderstrike. The two heroines attempt to take down the boss, but the game is completely rigged in his favor. Both are beaten down, repeatedly knocked out, and restored to health only to face the same brutal torment again. Wonderstrike, broken from her endless time in the game, turns on Captain Liberty, revealing that she’s been trapped for what feels like millennia. With Wonderstrike now fighting alongside the boss, Captain Liberty is subjected to vicious double-teaming, unable to fight back. Desperate to escape, Captain Liberty pleads for help, but Wonderstrike coldly refuses, saying there’s no way out. As both heroines are KO’d once more, a chilling realization dawns: Ignus Games may have claimed another victim.
