Overview
Lady X embarks on a mission to protect a witness who has crucial testimony against Equilibrium. Upon arriving at the meeting place, she is ambushed by Acolyte, who reveals the witness has already been neutralized. Fueled by anger, Lady X initially dominates the fight, but Acolyte soon incapacitates her with a dart. Disoriented, she is hit by a powerful new weapon that disrupts her equilibrium, leaving her off-balance and dizzy. Despite transforming into her full superheroine form, she finds herself at the mercy of Acolyte’s relentless attacks. Each hit further disorients her, and her attempts to regain control are futile as he delivers a series of KOs. Barely conscious and thoroughly weakened, Lady X’s mask is removed, and Acolyte ominously declares his intention to bring her in for further experimentation.
